On August 1, 1991, 5:45 pm, God saved my soul from having to pay my sin debt. Pastor Clyde Green led me to the Lord at Eastland Baptist Church. A few months later, a missionary from India presented his burden for his people on a Wednesday night. On that night, God put a desire in my heart to help the people of India. Since 1994, God has given me the opportunity of taking pastors to India. Seeing hearts and lives changed is and has been very exciting to me, and that is now my heart's desire. In 1995, God called me into the bus ministry at Gospel Light Baptist Church to balance my burden for souls for foreign missions and for the people here at home. Shortly after this, God introduced me to Pastor Glenn Riggs. I had the privilege of taking him to India and sharing my burden for the people of India. On Feb. 17,2007, God burdened me with a very big calling the big - gest one of all to date to build a children's home. I count it as a great responsibility that God has entrusted me with the opportunity to do something like this for Him and the children in India.

The Bible makes it clear that litle children have a special place in the heart of God. Jesus taught that nothing given to help children would go un-noticed nor un-rewarded. Throught the years as a pastor, I have witnessed God's faithfulness to this again and again. It is for this reason I enthusiastically recommend, endorse, and support the Starlight Children's Home in Vijayawada, India.I am excited about the ministry of Bro. Matthew Henry and Dan Cash and the vision God has given them for these children. I encourage you to consider this ministry for support, because Jesus said,

"...verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward". Matt. 10:42.
